ART. 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION
Calzitaly © (trademark) products are sold directly by the CALZIFICIO SCHINELLI Ltd company, with registered office and headquarters in Italy at via Svezia,14 46042 Castel Goffredo Mn, registration number at the Registrar of Enterprises of Mantova n.221256, Fiscal Code and VAT number IT02064780204 (henceforth Calzitaly or the Seller)
ART. 2 - REGISTRATION
To place an order one can register on the site www.calzitaly.com. Registration requires that the customer provide all information on:personal data, privacy, personal contact details – including email address – and other information necessary for billing and correspondence regarding the order and, if consent is given, the issuing of information of a promotional nature. At the end of the procedure, the customer must choose a password. Access via login will improve the access and usability of www.calzitaly.com and will permit the receipt of information regarding promotions and the state of orders.
ART. 3 – ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION
Orders are formalised only upon completion of the online process, which in turn foresees the provision of all information necessary to process the order (payment, delivery address, etc). For every order placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email which will be sent to the email address provided during the registration process. The moment of the signing of the contract occurs as soon as the server (dedicated host to www.calzitaly.com) has received the order submitted electronically by the customer.
Calzitaly reserves the right to turn down an order in the circumstances of either the absence of the conditions of a genuine and authentic order (for example, incomplete or incongruous personal details of the customer, assumptions of non-fulfilment by the customer already amply manifested with previous purchases from www.calzitaly,it), or due to the possibility of non-availability of the goods in stock.
In any event, Calzitaly reserves the right to conduct any verification of the authenticity and the veracity of the data of the person placing the order..
ART. 4 - PRICES
Product prices are expressed in euros (€) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) in force for the respective merchandise categories at the time of the order. The total price at the end of the purchase procedure is inclusive of shipping and possible additional sales taxes, with the exclusion of import taxes applied in the country of destination, which are the responsibility of the recipient and for which Calzitaly does not make any calculations or anticipate any amount. In the case of price variations not dependant on the Seller, the client will receive email notification for approval of the order update or for the right to cancel. Notwithstanding the above, the price of the products will be indicated on the site www.calzitaly.com at the time of the order.
ART. 5 – PAYMENT METHODS
The methods of payment accepted for purchases on www.calzitaly.com are: credit card, paypal, anticipated (with respect of shipping) bank transfer, payment to be made within 7 days of the order. Payment is by Visa, MasterCard and PAYPAL Postepay by means of computer systems that guarantee the greatest possible transaction security.
ART. 6 – PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Product guarantee, subject to consumer rights granted under and for the purposes set out in art 128 and following Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6th September 2005 denominated – Consumer Code – is valid from the date of delivery
ART. 7 – SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs may vary according to weight/volume and destination. The customer can ascertain the amount due for shipping before confirming the purchase: once the products and the destination have been selected, the cart is automatically updated, indicating the amount to be paid.
ART. 8 - DELIVERY
Calzitaly undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the customer via express courier, to the address indicated when registering the order details, within 5 working days after the payment. Any delay, disruption or damage due to the Carrier cannot be attributed or “attributable” to Calzitaly who, nevertheless, agrees to take note of any failure or delay in delivery of the products through its dedicated Customer Service and, where appropriate, to act as per the law.
With regards to products damaged during shipping, all liability shall be attributed to the carrier that handled the delivery.
ART. 9 – CANCELLATION RIGHTS
The customer can exercise the right to cancel within 14 working days after the receipt of the purchased goods. Written communication must be sent within the above indicated period to email@example.com or via fax to +39 0376810339 or via registered mail with signed return receipt to Calzificio Schinelli SrL– Via Sweden, 14, 14-6100 Castel Goffredo (MN).
At the same time as exercising cancellation rights, the customer must return the fully intact product, in all its parts, at his/her own expense, to Calzitaly within 14 days, to the above address. Once the product has been received in the warehouse and its integrity verified, Calzitaly will refund the value of the purchased goods. The return is subject to the following requirements:
Cancellation rights apply to a product in its entirety. It is not possible to cancel only part of a product (eg accessories)
In the case of offers made on several products sold together (bundle), the full package must be returned
Return costs are charged to the customer; until official receipt certification has taken place, the shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Calzitaly is in not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods through uninsured shipments.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage not caused by transport.
If the above requirements are met, Calzitaly will proceed with the refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the shipment of the goods by the customer, using the same method of payment applied for the payment of the order. The value of the payment will be reduced should Calzitaly ascertain even only one of the following scenarios: absence of outer and/or original packaging, the absence of product components, damage to the product that is unrelated to the transport, improper use of the product.
ART. 10 – AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE

To enable us to handle requests quickly and comprehensively, please always quote the order number and eventual product codes.
If the goods do not conform to the order, Calzitaly agrees, on request,to arrange pick up of the goods at our own expense, within 14 calendar days.
